This single origin coffee is ethically sourced from the interior highlands of Bali, a tiny island located off the east coast of Java. A region filled with rich volcanic soil and climate that works perfectly for coffee growing.

The red cherries go through the classic natural process where they are carefully selected, handpicked, and hand-sorted, followed by soaking to remove floaters. The cherries are then laid on drying beds for 2 to 3 weeks to obtain optimal moisture and flavor.
