Shipping

Your orders will be picked up by the courier services on Tuesday and delivered within two working days.

We are using SingPost Smartpac as our delivery partner, which comes with tracking services. They will be delivering your orders in your letter box hence please ensure that your letter box has the appropriate space to receive your order. If your letterbox is too full and/or small, you should expect to receive a delivery advice from SingPost in your letterbox that indicates the designated post office which you can collect your orders from. If you do not receive your orders and any delivery advice from SingPost, please do not hesitate to contact us.
